Coach Danny Samimi Bio
Coach Samimi is entering his ninth year as the Girls Varsity Head Coach for Albertus Magnus High School with an overall record of 121-17-13. In 2016, the Lady Falcons won the Conference II-B League Title and Coach Samimi was named Coach of the Year. In 2017, the Lady Falcons won the NYSPHSAA Section 1 Class B Championship as well as the NYSPHSAA Regional Championship and were NYSPHSAA State Semi-Finalists. In 2018, the Lady Falcons went undefeated during the season with a record of 16-0-2, won the Conference II-C League Title and Samimi was named Coach of the Year. In 2019, the Lady Falcons went 13-4, making it to the Section Semifinals and being Ranked #13 in the Country (according to USA Today HSS) during the season. In 2020, the Lady Falcons went a perfect 13-0, making history and being crowned Section 1 Regional Champions. The Lady Falcons also won the League Title and Coach Samimi was named Coach of the Year. Coach Samimi was also named New York State Coach of the Year in 2020. In 2021 the Lady Falcons went 15-1-3, ranked #21 in the Country and won another League Championship. In 2022, the Lady Falcons won the NYSPHSAA Class A State Championship!! The Lady Falcons finished the year being ranked #12 in the Country by United Soccer Coaches. Coach Samimi was named New York State Coach of the Year and was a National Coach of the Year Nominee. In 2023 the Lady Falcons won the League Championship and finished as Class A Finalists with a record of 14-3-2. Coach Samimi has played soccer at the collegiate level, and has been training players and teams since his graduation from the University of Delaware. Coach Samimi also holds a Bachelors of Arts in History from the University of Delaware and a USSF C Coaching License.

MIKE MAFFEI
Mike has been an Assistant for the Albertus Girls Varsity Soccer Team since 2011. Mike played at Albertus from 2000-2004. He then went on to play at Division II Dominican College where he would graduate from in 2008. Mike has been training and developing players since his graduation from college in 2008.
NICK PATRIKIS
Nick is an Assistant Coach with the Albertus Girls Varsity Soccer Team. He played Division 1 Soccer at Northeastern University & Manhattan College. He has been coaching club soccer since 2011. He is also an assistant Coach for the Clarkstown SC WPSL Women's Semipro Team.

LIZ SAMIMI
Liz is a former Division III soccer player for Ramapo College. Since graduating college in 2014 Liz has been coaching travel soccer. She is also a 3rd grade teacher at Bogart Elementary School in Upper Saddle River, NJ.
MAZIE STILES
Mazie is the current JV Head Coach at Albertus. She is a former member of the University of Scranton Women's Soccer Team, graduating in 2021. Mazie graduated from Albertus in 2017 and was an All-State Player in her Senior Year playing for Coach Samimi. In her Senior Year Mazie led the team in Goals and was second in Assists. Mazie was a Captain in her final season for the Lady Falcons.
